Volunteers Needed June 1

The Branson Regional Arts Council (BRAC) is having a BBQ Fest on Saturday, June 1 from 10am - 6 pm.

We plan on having a booth at the event to promote summer reading and raise awareness of our library services. We could use some volunteers to help with set up (7am-8am) , helping at our booth from (10am-6pm) and with teardown at 6pm.

If you are interested in helping us promote the library, please email Marcia at or call 417-334-1418.

Admission is free, and attendees will enjoy a large assortment of live entertainment, crafts booths, and artisans throughout the day. “We’ll have fun activities for kids of all ages including a bounce house and face painting, as well as delicious, mouthwatering BBQ cooked on location in an actual firetruck,” said BRAC Executive Director Jim Barber. “You’ll have to see it to believe it,” he added, “fantastic food and delicious drinks will be available for a reasonable price throughout the day!”

Do You Like to Organize Closets?

We need volunteers to help shelve children's books and make certain the books are in order. If you love to organize, we need you! Contact Erica at or stop in and fill out a volunteer application.
