Kimberley Griffiths Little

Kimberley Griffiths Little was born in San Francisco, but now lives in Peralta, New Mexico with her husband and three sons. Her award-winning writing has been praised as "fast-paced and dramatic," with "characters painted in memorable detail" and "beautifully realized settings."


Kimberley's Awards include: Southwest Book Award, Whitney Award for Best Youth Novel, Bank Street College Best Books of 2011 & 2014, Crystal Kite Finalist, and New Mexico Book Award Finalist.

Noé Lara

Cuantas Piscas?: A Latino's Lonely Journey to Success is a very candid and personal account of a Latino's journey out of poverty. The author, Noé Lara, shares wonderful stories of his growing -up days as well as stories of his clients after he began his career as a human service worker. He joyously shares his family with the reader and vividly describes the people that had an influence on his life.
